A woman with long blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin is sitting on a green sofa in front of a plain white wall. She is smiling and wearing a white outfit and bright pink high-heeled shoes. She has a ring and earrings, and cowboy-style manicured nails.

Meet Sara Gore, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

With over 12 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner—including the past 11 years specializing in dermatology and aesthetic medicine—I am passionate about helping patients look and feel like the most confident version of themselves.

Originally from Oklahoma, I relocated to Myrtle Beach in 2019 with my husband, Josh, and our son and daughter, Noah and Luca. Since entering aesthetic medicine, I’ve had the privilege of watching this specialty evolve into one of the most innovative fields in healthcare, and I’m committed to continually growing alongside it.

In 2021, I became a National Trainer for Galderma and have since trained and mentored healthcare providers across the country. I’ve also had the opportunity to learn from some of the most respected leaders in aesthetic medicine, including Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Chris Surek, Nicola Lowrey, PA-C, and Shelby Miller, DNP. Education remains one of my greatest passions because I believe advancing our industry begins with safe, ethical, and evidence-based practice.

My philosophy is simple: exceptional aesthetic outcomes begin with a deep understanding of anatomy, science, and patient safety. Every treatment starts with listening—building genuine relationships, understanding each patient’s goals, and creating personalized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty rather than change it.

At Azalea Aesthetics, my goal is for every patient to feel welcomed, cared for, and confident that they’re receiving thoughtful, honest, and expert care.
